Portland, Maine (October 6, 2026) – Chalkline, Inc., developer of VisiSpecs, The Visual Specification System, today announced that NanaWall and Neogard have joined its Building Product Manufacturer (BPM) Program, which puts manufacturer product data and direct communication inside the workflow architects and specifiers use to write specifications.
Product research and specification writing are often separate processes, requiring design professionals to search manufacturer websites and other online resources to find specifications, technical data and product information. The VisiSpecs BPM Program brings those resources into the specification workflow, helping manufacturers make their information readily available while giving design professionals a direct way to connect with them when questions arise.
Participating manufacturers can provide 3-Part CSI specifications, cut sheets, catalogs, test results, BIM resources, warranties and other supporting information. By making these resources accessible within VisiSpecs, the program helps manufacturers support specifiers throughout the research, selection and specification process.
“NanaWall selected the VisiSpecs BPM Program to strengthen its connection with architects and specifiers throughout the project development process,” said NanaWall President Ebrahim Nana. “With a growing number of architectural firms using the VisiSpecs platform, NanaWall recognized an opportunity to engage earlier at the design stage and foster stronger relations with the specifiers.”
That opportunity for greater collaboration also attracted Neogard to the program.
“We were drawn to the VisiSpecs BPM Program based on its collaborative approach to working with manufacturers — embedding product data directly into the specification workflow and giving architects the opportunity to reach out directly for additional information,” said Neogard Senior Specification & Design Consultant Susan Borne. “We are very excited to see how it improves our specification rates going forward.”
“Specifiers do their best work when the information and expertise they need are right in front of them,” said Chalkline BPM Sales Manager Bill Moore. “Through the BPM Program, manufacturers like NanaWall and Neogard can build relationships with the professionals evaluating their products at the point where specification decisions are made. We’re pleased to welcome them to the program and look forward to adding more manufacturers.”
